Creating props is essential to achieve the quality I aim for in the project. Often, I created a PBR material specifically for use on a particular prop. I particularly enjoyed creating the vases the most.
I did this project entirely without using any external assets like Quixel Bridge and Megascans. The PBR materials were created 100% procedurally in Substance 3D Designer. Some foliages were created using photos I took of leaves and processed the outputs in Substance 3D Designer. All models were made in Blender, and the environment was assembled and rendered in Unreal Engine 5.3.
